Check out this couple’s rehearsal dinner at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado.

Notes from the photographer, LISTmember, Chowen Photography : Lauren and Chris were just an amazing bride and groom: sweet, sincere, lovable and so much fun. They chose Boulder as their destination wedding location (they live in NY), because CU is their alma mater and has a special place in their hearts. All the guests were from all over the country for their wedding weekend. Their entire wedding was filled with so much meaning, love, FUN and happiness. The rain tried to put a damper on their day, but the rainbows and sun broke through just in time for them to say their vows then quickly get to the party to celebrate. The reception at the St. Julien was just so much FUN and included gentlemen’s toasts, drinking, dancing and loads of laughter. All the guests meant so much to the bride and groom and your could tell they all just had such meaningful friendships. By far the most fun wedding we have photographed.

Some details that are noteworthy: The bride’s mother passed away and her bouquet, flowers (her mom’s favorite flowers were a huge part of the celebration), watch and locket around her bouquet were all in honor of her mom as she got married. It was a heartbreaking part of the details, but so sweet too.
