I wanted to share this time lapse showing how an empty field can turn into an absolutely gorgeous ceremony site. The floral expert Erin of Plum Sage Flowers {LISTmember} created this design with the help of Pink Monkey Solutions {LISTmember} and Save the Date Events. LISTmember Pure Cinematography created the film. Notes from the design/florist Erin of Plum Sage Flowers {LISTmember} : Our outlook on creating a gorgeous backdrop for an outdoor Colorado wedding is to not to attempt to compete with the beauty nature provides. This was particularly evident with the Catamount Ranch backdrop. Pink Monkey created the wooden walkway across the marsh aspect of this small meadow and created a platform centered perfectly with the lake and mountain backdrop. We used our rustic birch structure to create a natural focal area for Lee and Travis to stand under, and accented it with soft draping, aspen trees and hanging strung orchid petals. We lined the aisle with silver lanterns spilling with fragrant blooms in ivory and sage green and finished off the walkway with a heavy ivory rose petal carpet. It created an elegant, yet understated outdoor site for this beautiful wedding.
