How did you meet?
We met during college at a part time job. We worked together for several months before we began dating, and have been enjoying each other’s company ever since!
Why did you choose to elope?
We chose to elope because we wanted our wedding day to focus solely on us and our relationship. We felt that traditional weddings get crowded with the notion you must act a certain way to appease your guests and society overall. We wanted our ceremony to be intimate and genuine, with nothing but our own raw emotions present. I am beyond thankful we choose to elope.
We both love the mountains and wanted our wedding location to be somewhere beautiful that we both enjoyed. Eloping out of state made the experience even more memorable for us, as Colorado is now an important state to me despite never living there. It’s also a location we can frequent often and bring the people we love along. That’s not something you can get with a traditional wedding venue."
