Winter Mountain Wedding

Notes from the bride, Keri: Sam and I met while working in Charlotte, NC. We quickly fell in love and after he graduated his residency program we moved out to Colorado to start our life adventure together! We were engaged at Devil's Thumb Ranch, so the resort is very near and dear to us....we couldn't think of a better place to exchange vows! Our favorite moment of the day....was probably the day after and the epic skiing we did in our wedding attire! Kara Delay, with Love this Day events did an amazing job of making my wedding dream come true. I had envisioned a candle lit room - romantic, but with little floral decor. She accomplished this with over 500 candles at the reception! My advice to those planning a Colorado Wedding would be to have fun, don't worry about the small things! Also, take advantage of natures beautiful backdrop - get outside and get creative with your pictures!
