In the center of Denver�s urban core sits the most picturesque ice rink. The Southwest Rink at Skyline Park is a must-do this Winter. The holiday lights strung across and the Christmas trees surrounding the rink are contrasted against the city's skyscrapers....... it is a scene right out of a movie.
The Southwest Rink is located in Skyline Park next to the historic Daniels and Fisher Clock Tower near the intersection of 16th Street and Arapahoe. They offer free ice skating to those who have their own skates and to those who don't it is only $2 for a skate rental. AND they hold free days for kids every Sunday throughout the season.
