Newborn features that also peek into the nursery send me squealing from my editor's chair in glee. My favorites here? Too many to list, but to start: baby yawns, tiny cowgirl boots, nursery chandeliers, a post-partum side-pony, and a little girl in daddy's arms. Oh, and continuing my love of vintage baby blankets, this one actually belonged to Hope's father. Swoon.

Any exhaustion that these new parents were experiencing was completely masked with a glow of happiness and love. Hope was surrounded from day one with an incredible amount of friends and family. It was so fun to watch how protective her 'big sister' Sophie the schnauzer was. She constantly was running into Hope's room to check on her and play with her toys during the whole session. It was amazing being able to capture some of her first moments and truly see how much she was loved by mom and dad.
