Experience wine in the making! Join Winemaker, John Balistreri, in the cellar for an exclusive barrel tasting dinner. This is a once a year event to experience his wines, straight from the barrels. Once again, we are very excited to have local Chef, Hosea Rosenberg, winner of Top Chef Season 5 and founder of BlackbellyCatering as our guest chef. Chef Hosea will be preparing an original, five course dinner paired with seven new Balistreri wines straight from the barrel.
