The drink comes from Kachina Southwestern Grill, and is a light, refreshing summer cocktail. With lime, Campari, pineapple juice, and Bacardi, it is a perfect summer sipper on a hot afternoon.

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Bacardi 8 Year Rum

.5 oz. Campari

.75 oz. Lime

.75 oz. pineapple juice

.5 Luxardo (maraschino liqueur)

Method:

1. Build in mixing glass, add ice + shake for 10-15 seconds,

2. Strain into chilled Collins glass

3. Garnish with pineapple + cherry flag
