Diy: Striped Slip-ons

Here are some classic shoes with a twist: neon stripes! You'll need a pair of of slip-ons, a paint brush, tape and neon fabric paint. Start by striping your shoes with tape. and making sure that there aren't any holes or gaps between the tape and the shoe. Begin painting the gaps and feel free to go over the tape. Allow the shoes to dry and then remove the tape.
