Truth? I am not usually a huge crepe fan. I love them in theory but when it comes down to it, they need to be ridiculously good to catch my attention. These crepes are just that! Like a mini apple pie, the guilt level is low and the flavor profile high. Rich, delicious and drenched in homemade caramel sauce; try them the next time your sweet tooth calls.
I found this recipe through MM Local. MM Local is a favorite local company that creates canned perfection from local farms. The jarred fruits are insane and they're cucumber pickles addicting. Sold in many small boutique markets and Whole Foods, this a brand not to be missed. They also participate in farm dinners with LISTmember EAT Private Chef & Catering throughout the summer. Yum!
