Aspen Kitchen by David Burke Group and Rec Room Aspen by LDV Hospitality announced details for New Year�s Eve at the artisanal market-to-table restaurant and hip subterranean nightspot. Guests and locals alike are invited to join the grand opening of Aspen Kitchen, the most highly anticipated restaurant to debut in 2015, and the first major bash at Rec Room, the city�s newest nightlife lounge.

With a theme of �James Bond: Now & Then,� guests can ring in the new year in classic James Bond style, enjoying Bollinger Champagne, the official Champagne of James Bond since its appearance in �Live and Let Die,� creative and unique fare, and a night of revelry, Aspen style. Long known for its glitz, jetsetter lifestyle, and celebrity clientele, especially over the holiday season, Aspen is host to the some of the most glamorous New Year�s Eve events in the world. Now, Aspen Kitchen and Rec Room Aspen offers visitors and locals alike two new additions to the city�s celebrated scene.

James Bond: Now

The night begins at Aspen Kitchen, where the fare is elegant, authentic, and inspired by the local market. Guests wishing to celebrate on East Coast Time can enjoy a three-course menu and Bollinger Champagne toast during the first seating, from 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., for $195 per person. At the second seating, beginning at 9:30 p.m., guests enjoy heavy hors d'oeuvres, endless desserts, Bottomless Bollinger Champagne, and a specialty martini�shaken, not stirred�for $550 per person.

James Bond: Then

The spectacular evening continues just steps beneath Aspen Kitchen at Rec Room Aspen, an intimate yet urbane lounge and the perfect spot to celebrate the night with its laid-back vibe and great drinks in an atmosphere where everyone's a VIP. The evening begins at 9:00 p.m. when famed New York mixer DJ Calco drops the hottest beats and mashups as guests enjoy Bottomless Bollinger Champagne and 007 shots and party the night away among the 5,000 hand-selected vintage vinyl records that line the wood-paneled walls; $500 per person. Guests wanting a night to remember can secure a VIP table with accompanying bottle service.

Late night at Rec Room will be hosted by acclaimed nightlife entrepreneur Amy Sacco, brand partner at LDV Hospitality and the woman behind celebrity-studded hotspots Bungalow 8 and No.8. From 12:00 a.m. until closing, late-night revelers kick off a memorable 2016 in its very first hours with guest DJ Win Butler of Arcade Fire and a cash bar; cover charge will apply.
