- Fringe. Fringe is popping up everywhere......... on shoes, purses, blouses, coats. I love this 70's inspired trend but be careful not to wear too much fringe in one look. It is best choose one statement fringe piece to be showcased.
- Classic Wool Coat. The classic coat is made modern this fall. Usually it is set aside for more formal occasions but this fall make this your everyday coat to up your casual look.
- Chic Backpacks. I know what you are thinking...... the line from Swingers: "I'm supposed to be all happy 'cause she's wearing a backpack...." But what can I say, this 90's fashion trend has made a come back. And all the top designers have their own version of the chic backpack.
- Suede. From purses to shoes to dresses to skirts, a touch a suede goes a long way this fall.
- Culottes. When paired with stilettos or booties, culottes are cool.
- Flared Denim. Hang up your skinnies for this fall must-have.
- Chunky Knits. Nothing says fall better than an over-sized sweater. Textured cable knits are 'in'.
- Boyfriend Jeans. Comfortable and cool. Pair with your favorite high heels for a fashion forward look.
- Winter Floral. Floral prints are here to stay for the fall and winter.
- Thigh High Boots. All the 'it' girls have been seen in this trend. As shown above, pair them with a sweater dress and you are set (and you will not look like a street walker).
