Wallpaper is back in a major way. From trendy to traditional prints, wallpaper can add style to any room. Choosing the road well traveled, Thibaut presents the Trade Routes collection of coordinating wallpaper, print and embroidered fabrics. Patterns were inspired by handcrafted and primitive techniques from faraway places. Cochin is a large scale pattern named after a major spice trading port in Southwest India. Intricate and shapely details of stylized trees are defi ned in sophisticated and bold colorways. The pattern comes from an antique fabric document that was resist and block-printed. Danube Ikat is a vertical paperweave with a printed ikat pattern on top. The pattern breaks create a natural effect. Whimsical Goa is a primitive pattern that was named after a beautiful beach town in India that has colorful buildings and palm trees. At one time wild cows roamed freely along the beaches there. Medallion Paisley is a modern take on a paisley using a traditional layout. This large-scale pattern has intricate detailing within each medallion. Hand-printed and hand-embroidered on 100% linen, Majuli Embroidery is a beautiful trellis pattern with fine details. Inspired by the coordinating embroidery, Majuli Trellis is a perfectly-scaled trellis wallpaper pattern. Bonaire is named after an island off the coast of Venezuela. This simple dotted-trellis pattern is reminiscent of tribal drawings. Fair Isle has a playful seaweed motif integrated in the design. The crackle-print effect gives this pattern an antique look. Island Trellis is a simple trellis wallpaper with a slight ikat effect. A rainbow of colorways are available such as beige, green, navy, coral, pink, turquoise, and pearl, all on white ground. Narragansett is a color screenprint of water plants that has an understated and organic feel. Resembling tropical coral reef, Barrier is available in soft coastal colors like pink, blue, green, aqua, beige and pearl, all on white ground. Cruising is a graphic and modern diamond ikat pattern. Multi-colors combine well with other patterns throughout the collection. The mid-scale size makes this pattern a great companion or stand-alone pattern. Ikat Stripe is a fabric that is digitally printed in England. The pattern has a tie-dye effect with a watery look. There are 4 colorways: navy, teal, charcoal, and pink. Sri Lanka Embroidery is an intricate and multi-colored appliqu with detailed embroidery. This pattern is named after an Indian island that housed a major shipping port.
