Sarel and Pepe's wedding was the epitome of a winter celebration in the mountains of Colorado. The couple left the warmth of Puerto Rico behind, bringing 31 guests to Beaver Creek to witness their wedding in the snow. The bride stunned in Monique Lhuillier, topping her column gown with a lace off-the-shoulder shrug, layering on a white faux-fur stole to fend against the chill. Pepe's timeless tuxedo enhanced the formal vibe. Bridesmaids wore pale pink, matching the blush and white palette. After tying the knot at Beaver Creek Chapel, the guests headed up the hill for the reception, climbing into snowcats for the trip to Allie's Cabin, a boutique on-mountain restaurant. Candles glowed in votive holders, mimicking the sparkling snow outside. The dance floor was set in front of the fireplace, and stayed packed all night, even with such a small guest list.
