Notes from the Bride:

Cecil and I were friends first, that's how we met! We had mutual friends and had a lot of fun together but never thought about dating because that would be totally weird and make the friendship circle really awkward if we ever broke up, right? OOPS! Here we are.... it's a little too late for those worries now, I guess the jokes on us because we just made a pack to never break up. It's really for our friend's emotional well being haha. 

We chose to elope because we wanted our wedding day to be focused on each other without any distractions. I feel loved the most when we are spending quality time together and what better way to spend time with each other than dressing up all fancy and go hike in the mountains and vow to love each other forever!? We also knew eloping was the right decision for us because sharing our own personal vows was very personal and intimate and we wanted to do that secluded instead of in front of a crowd.

We chose to elope in Colorado because we feel at peace when we are in the mountains. We never been before and the pictures of dream lake, made it a no brainer decision. The views made us emotional, I couldn’t believe something so beautiful exists but I’ll be forever grateful for that experience and can’t wait to go back!"
