Where do I start? Well, any wedding during Covid felt like a miracle as you likely know, but for this couple, it was exceptional. In the 6 months before the wedding they lost 4 family members and friends- not from Covid but just tragedy that came unexpectedly in four different occasions on top of Covid. When discussing whether or not we should continue with the wedding, through tears the couple told me how they and their families needed something positive to focus on now more than ever. So we pivoted, adjusted, and moved forward. We were all set! Lets focus on the positive!

Then 3 WEEKS before the wedding, the original venue called and said they decided they were not going to open for the Season. Placecards were ordered, tickets were bought, menus finalized and printed. We were done- how can this be? This is when the planner - couple relationship is more important than ever and they trusted me to find the right solutions to make this happen. So in 5 days we found a new venue- the amazing Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch- secured new contracts and designed an entire tent as the original wedding was not a tent! Sourced, Design and confirmed all in ONE WEEK. The wedding was perfect but it meant so much more than even a normal year as we had all been through so much to get to this day and in the photos, Mary and Shane's faces say it all. It was an incredible feeling.

Separate from that- their amazing style and Boho vision is not one normally seen at the Ritz Carlton here so it was a stunning blend of venue, style and passions that translated into a unique and perfect day
