Notes from the photographer: James and Madison met in middle school; they were 11 and 12 years old. They started dating junior year in high school after Madison insisted he call her. After 8 years of dating, James proposed to Madison. They were on a Caribbean cruise off the boat enjoying a small semi-private beach in Jamaica. James took Madison by complete surprise when he proposed in the ocean. Madison & James got married at the Denver University Humanities Garden. It was a perfect, clear day without a cloud in the sky. After their lovely, laughter filled ceremony, we headed over to the Studios at Overland Crossing to dance the night away! And these two definitely did!! Notes from the bride, Madison.......favorite memory of the wedding: One: I was in my bridal suite at DUs Nelson Hall and I looked out the window to watch guests arrive. I saw my soon to be husband greeting guests, he was smiling and hugging everyone. He looked so happy and owned the entire moment. He was admirable and I couldnt wait to marry him. Two: Dancing the night away with my husband, family, and friends. We had SO much fun and got SO silly. It was the most fun Ive had in my entire life. I would re-live that day over and over and over if I could!
