There are five outstanding outdoor options for your ceremony or reception and a two indoor options. I recently was able to tour all of the wedding sites and restaurants at The Broadmoor. I can't believe how many options they have. With their recent renovations and expansions, there is no place better to have your Colorado wedding. Whether your dream wedding is a classic black tie affair or a rustic chic mountain themed, you will find The Broadmoor is perfect. Cloud Camp is wilderness retreat to be located on Cheyenne Mountain and will open in May of 2014. Read more on COUTUREcolorado LIFE & STYLE. Opening in August 2013, The Ranch at Emerald Valley is an intimate retreat offering refined rustic luxury inspired by the charm of a wilderness enclave. The all-inclusive hideaway features ten cabins, sleeping a total of 32 guests. Each building is lovingly refurbished in mountain cabin style offering beautifully appointed rooms highlighted by wood burning fireplaces. The Broadmoor�s newest dining and activity venue, PLAY, opened in April of 2013. This restaurant and late-night destination includes six lanes of bowling, games, private function rooms, and an extensive Colorado microbrew program. I can see a welcome party for your out of town guest here. 2013 also debuted of re-imagined Tavern and The Golden Bee. The Tavern features a new conservatory space, Le Jardin. Lush florals, a 16-foot chandelier centerpiece, expanded wine and bourbon program, and new menu items for the entire restaurant elevate this Broadmoor favorite. The Golden Bee, a popular dining spot known for its authentic 19th century English pub interior. The space doubled in size and add rooftop seating with the addition of the Garden Terrace. Beginning in November 2013, The Broadmoor�s West Building will undergo a major renovation of both the exterior and guest rooms. Over 150 rooms and baths will be updated and expanded. The building will also see the addition of a new Adam D. Tihany designed Italian restaurant and a remodel of the current West Lobby Bar What makes your venue unique? We have a variety of spaces to fit your amount of guests. We are the longest running 5-Star, 5-Diamond resort in the country. The majestic views, the high quality of service and the convenience that everything is here at The Broadmoor. We have it all from Spa, Golf, Dining (and catering, of course), Pool, Tennis, Shopping, etc. Your guests never have to leave! Name one interesting or fun fact about your venue. We have had only 3 owners and 4 executive chefs since 1918. Between the 3 Catering Managers (Nora, Denise and Lindsey) we have a combined of 38+ years of working at The Broadmoor, and 50+ years of being in in the Hospitality Industry. Is there a particular time of the year that is exceptionally gorgeous at your venue? April � October is beautiful with flowers around the hotel and all the green leaves and grass. We also have our Christmas lights up from November � early March which makes for a very romantic setting. How far in advance should a couple book their venue?
