So now the questions is..... how will you ask them to be your bridesmaids? This style shoot features an adorable luncheon for your bridesmaids at Balistreri Vineyards {LISTmember}. What a great way to show your appreciation to your girlfriends with a little wine and cheese! Sarah of Pink Paisley Events was inspired be her trip to France where she toured vineyards. Pairing wine and chess is an art and some pairings can boil down to a science. Here are a few examples that Pink Paisley Events suggests: CHEESE

• Cheddar /Mozzarella � Sauvignon Blanc
• Manchego - Sweet Zinfandel
• Brie � Pinot Noir
• Gouda � Merlot
• Parmesan � Chianti
• Blue � Riesling

DESSERT Many wine connoisseurs go beyond the wine and cheese pairing and decide to drink wine with dessert�only to enhance their sweet tooth and palette even more. With all of the sweets being passed around during holidayevents it is important to know a little about what dessert will go perfect with the glass of wine in your hand!

• Fruity desserts/fresh fruit � need a sweet wine with acidity � a dry sparkling rose or a fruity young white � Fritz Haag Riesling
• Most chocolates- port wine � a wine with traces of chocolate is always good
• Cheesecake � Madeira or Chateau
• Tiramisu � a ruby port
• Brownies- Ruby Port Portugal

Overall, a general rule � choose a wine that is a little bit more sweet than the dessert of your choice.

• Red wines- if you do not like white wines go for an aged red or a
