Aspen is a beautiful and luxurious town. Having just gone there recently for Aspen Fashion Week, I quickly saw the appeal to this small yet grandiose mountain town. When the snow melts and the mountain heats up, the fun really begins according Aspen locals Brigid & Sally of Wagstaff Worldwide who filled us in on Aspen's Top 10 Summertime activities! From picnicking at the Maroon Bells mountains to spaing at the #1 hotel spa in the world, there is no place quite like Aspen to spend a summer getaway.
Aspen Summer
  1. Cooking Classes through the Chef's Club at St Regis Hotel. Offering in-house classes to learn how to chef your own tasty dinner. 2. Take a scenic bike ride to Woody Creek Tavern. 3. Bluegrass Sundays are every Sunday through end of August on the Sundeck atop Aspen Mountain. 7. For the adventurers among us, there is no better way to see the city of Aspen then to go paragliding over Aspen Mountain! 8. Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Happening every June, this is the event to be at!! 9. Aspen Golf Club is a beautiful place to tee off while taking in the beauty of Aspen. 10. My favorite way to see new landscapes is by hiking. Locals recommend hiking to Crater Lake by the famous Maroon Bells mountains. Pack a picnic lunch and spend the day soaking up the sun! The views of North Maroon Peak from this basin are some of the most photographed in the country. Image Credit to COUTUREcolorado Life & Style
