Among the Colors is hosting on August 7th, 2015. Among the Colors has teamed up with Haiku Foods to offer a workshop on fermentation. Attendees will learn the basics of lacto-fermentation and create their own sarignature ferment to take home with them. In addition, Haiku Foods will outline the history, health benefits and different techniques of vegetable fermentation. Among the Colors and Haiku Foods will provide all of of the organic spices and veggies for practice as well as an array of fermented snacks and drinks to enjoy.
